New Jersey sports bettors will soon have another quality option for all their sports wagering needs after the Carousel Group entered a ten-year agreement with Caesars to bring the Sportsbetting.com sportsbook to their Garden State and a number of other jurisdictions nationwide including Indiana and Iowa.

Residents and visitors to New Jersey will also be able to enjoy a branded online casino, which we believe will share the Sportsbetting.com platform.

Sportsbetting.com is already live for business and doing well in its sole market to date in Colorado, where it shares an online gaming license through its land-based partner in the Mile-High State, Johnny Norton’s Casino.

Sportsbetting.Com to visible to more sports bettors

According to Carousel, this latest agreement is set to increase their market share in the U.S to $1.8 billion from a previous $109 million, due to the big populations of the targeted twin midwestern states involved in the deal and of course, in New Jersey. As many as 24.5 million people will now soon have access to the sports wagering offered through Sportsbetting.com. The company’s gaming interface is powered by Carousel’s proprietary platform and supported by the in-house risk and trading teams.

The agreement with Caesars also provides Sportsbetting.com with the opportunity to enter the United States’ biggest and most developed online casino market, which has seen New Jersey’s online casino gross revenue increase from $483 million in 2019 to an astonishing $961 million in 2020.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Carousel Group, Daniel Graetzer, said of the deal and the subsequent expansion:

“We closed out 2020 with the launch of SportsBetting.com in Colorado and we are thrilled to start 2021 with the announcement of our multi-state agreement with Caesars, a giant in the casino industry and the perfect strategic partner to help us aggressively expand our market access in the U.S.

“We look forward to working with both Caesars and the regulators to launch SportsBetting.com in New Jersey, Indiana and Iowa. We are also finalizing major updates to our products, including new mobile apps and a cutting-edge casino platform. Bettors continue to be more product savvy, which is why we built a user-centric tech company with full control over the user experience”.

The expansion into America’s biggest sports betting market is a coup for Sportsbetting.com. It comes on the back on the company being granted an online casino and online sports betting license from Europe’s biggest and most reputable gaming regulator, the Malta Gaming Authority. Securing such a prestigious license is not a simple task and it goes further to increase the company’s standing internationally as a serious and secure betting platform.

With the Maltese license in place, Sportsbetting.com has grands plans to expand deeper into other European Union countries as well as others closer to North American home base, such as Ontario in Canada, where the Maltese license is extremely well regarded.

What Sportsbetting.com brings to New Jersey

Sportsbetting.com online sportsbook will present New Jersey’s sports wagering enthusiasts with a wide variety of events on which to bet on. In addition to the big 4 major American sports leagues, you’ll also find a huge range of more exotic sports to place wagers on like Cycling, Cricket, Rugby, Australian Rules, Darts, Boxing and UFC. Whether you wager in advance or on a live game, there are a wide range of betting markets available.

Each sports betting market comes with a stack of information and includes a nice explanation of bet types and analyzing the SportsBetting.com odds. The quality app is now up-and-running in Colorado and we look forward to bringing you news on the upcoming New Jersey launch.
