One of world’s leading sports betting providers, German-based Tipico is making moves into the New Jersey market. The European gaming giant will launch its first sportsbook in the United States, and they have decided that there is no better place to do so this side of the Atlantic than the Garden State. Tipico is awaiting licensing and regulatory approval for its sportsbook (to be launched in licensing partnership with Atlantic City’s Ocean Casino Resort) from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE) and is eyeing a September launch, just in time for the new NFL season.
