#4 Marquette Golden Eagles (19-5) @ #1 UConn Huskies (23-2)

We aren’t sold on Marquette beating out UConn for a Big East regular season title, but this should be the most thrilling game of the weekend.

UConn will enter as the favorite at home, but Marquette has a lot of motivation to get the win. The Golden Eagles and Huskies will play twice over the next month. Winning both games would close the gap in the standings and hand Marquette the tiebreaker.

UConn is covering the spread in 60% of all games this season, the third best mark in the Big East. However, they are only covering 46.2% of their games as a home favorite.

Marquette is covering 60.9% of all their games this season, putting them just ahead of UConn. The Golden Eagles have covered the spread and won all three games where they have entered as a road underdog. That is a promising sign as they head into a hostile environment on Saturday.

UConn and Marquette are both 4-1 against ranked opponents this season. Marquette is 4-0-1 against the spread when playing ranked opponents, while UConn is close behind at 4-1-0.

#22 Kentucky Wildcats (17-7) @ #13 Auburn Tigers (20-5)

Auburn currently sits just a half game behind the SEC-leading Alabama Crimson Tide thanks to going 4-3 over their last seven games. The Kentucky Wildcats are two full games out of the division lead, but they are 3-4 over their last seven games. That means both teams will be hungry to string together wins, making this a crucial matchup.

The Kentucky Wildcats are covering 58.3% of their games this season. They have covered three of their four games against ranked opponents this season and are 1-1 when playing as a road underdog. The Wildcats do have the best road record in the SEC at 4-2.

Auburn is covering 64% of their games this season, the second-best mark in the conference. They have covered 9 of their 13 games when they are the home favorite. The Tigers are undefeated at home this season (13-0) and are 3-1 against ranked opponents.

#24 Florida Atlantic (19-5) @ South Florida Bulls (18-5)

Florida sportsbooks will have a busy weekend ahead of them thanks to this fantastic AAC matchup. FAU made their debut in the conference this season after a Final Four run that almost landed them a spot in the National Championship game. They were expected to cruise to a conference title, but a stunning season from South Florida has them ahead of the Owls by 1.5 games.

FAU is not having a good season against the spread. They have covered just 50% of their games as they deal with an AAC that has been better than expected. The Owls are struggling on the road this season, covering just 28.6% of those games and winning four of the seven. That shows this is a team that struggles on the road, even with their impressive roster and experience.

South Florida has the fourth best record against the spread in the country, covering 75% of all games. The low expectations set in the offseason can explain some of that, but there is no question that this is a very good Bulls team. They have covered nine of their 13 home games when they are favored.
