Our bigger problem is with the FAQ section, which has just two questions and answers that don’t offer much help. That means if you run into a question, you’ll likely need to send an email to get a solution. 

The good news for active players is that the higher you rise in the Legendz VIP program, the more customer support you can access.

The reviews and player feedback regarding Legendz's customer service have been mixed. I read many complaints about players being unable to find help and dealing with rude or unresponsive representatives when they do.
