March has arrived, and that means for teams in the NBA playoff hunt, each game gets increasingly important. That will certainly be the case for Saturday’s games. Even with only a handful of games on the schedule, the USA Legal Betting team put its heads together to come up with a three-leg parlay using odds from FanDuel Sportsbook. Let’s check out the picks we have for Saturday’s parlay.

Utah Jazz vs Miami Heat Best Bet:

Heat -7.5 | -110 at FanDuel

Utah’s season has collapsed right in front of its face. The Jazz has lost seven of its last eight games, going 1-7 against the spread during that stretch. That includes road losses against Atlanta and Orlando on the team’s current road trip. As the Jazz heads to Orlando on Saturday, there is no reason to think that things will be any different. Keep in mind that Utah is just 9-16-1 against the spread as a road underdog this season. That trend doesn’t bode well for a team that’s been one of the worst in the NBA in recent weeks.

Meanwhile, the Heat is coming home on Saturday after a 5-1 road trip in which they went 6-0 against the spread. In fact, Miami has won nine straight and 11 of 12 ATS. Despite running out of steam in the final game of that road trip with a loss to Denver on Thursday, the Heat should be able to get back on track quickly. In fact, a win will bring them into a tie with Orlando for first place in the Southeast Division, so look for a motivated Miami team to dominate this game.

Denver Nuggets vs Los Angeles Lakers Best Bet:

Nuggets ML | -102 at FanDuel

In a virtual tossup, we’re taking Denver’s moneyline with the Nuggets a slight underdog. The Lakers looked great during the first half of February but have now run out of steam. They are just 3-2 since the all-star break, and that’s including that great comeback against the Clippers and two close wins against the Spurs and Wizards in which they failed to cover the spread. In fact, the Lakers are 1-4 against the spread since the break, so we’re going to fade them against a quality opponent.

The Nuggets have been red-hot since the all-star break, winning five in a row and going 4-1 against the spread. They also won and covered when playing the Lakers on the road less than a month ago and beat them handily on opening night. They seem to have LA's number and should be able to get another win on Saturday as a slight underdog.

Houston Rockets vs Phoenix Suns Best Bet:

Suns -9.5 | -110 at FanDuel

Admittedly, this spread is almost too big for comfort. But Houston’s track record against quality teams this season isn’t particularly good and the Suns should be able to cover. The Rockets kept things close on Thursday in Phoenix, but in the immediate rematch, Phoenix should be able to overpower a tired Houston team. Even with Bradley Beal out, the Suns have enough firepower with Kevin Durant and Devin Booker to win comfortably.

Dating back before the all-star break, the Rockets are 1-5 in their last six games and just 2-4 against the spread. More importantly, they are 0-8 straight-up and 2-6 against the spread in their last eight road games. That's a pitiful road record, but not surprising when you look at their roster. On the season, Houston’s ATS record as a road underdog is just 8-16-1, which is the third-worst in the NBA. That’s enough to push us to back the Suns on Saturday night.
