The month of February has arrived, and outside of Super Bowl Sunday, the NBA is the main event of the sports world all month. That will surely be the case with a great set of games on Friday night. With some compelling matchups on tap, we wanted to put together a three-game NBA parlay for Friday night using odds from BetMGM that we wanted to share.

Phoenix Suns vs Atlanta Hawks Best Bet:

Under 248.5 | -110 at BetMGM

The Hawks are on a run of hitting the over in four straight games. But that was after a stretch of seven consecutive games that stayed under the point total. They’ve been incredibly streaky in that area, so things could turn around at any time. It’s also worth noting that De’Andre Hunter is listed as questionable with a knee injury after scoring below his average in back-to-back games. That could prevent the Hawks from being at full strength, which could be bad news with an over/under this high.

Meanwhile, the Suns have hit the under six times in their last nine games. This is also the sixth game of the team’s current road trip, so you’d expect fatigue to start setting in for Phoenix. The Suns are already far worse at hitting the over on the road than they are at home, which is another reason why the over/under for this game is suspiciously high.

Orlando Magic vs Minnesota Timberwolves Best Bet:

Timberwolves -6.5 | -115 at BetMGM

Orlando is a tough team to judge because the Magic currently owns the best record against the spread in the league. But they were also 4-8 straight-up in their last 12 games. That makes an upset over Minnesota feel less likely. Recent road losses against the Grizzlies and Mavericks don’t inspire much confidence either against one of the top teams in the NBA.

As for the Timberwolves, they finished January strong with four wins in their last five games. They returned home from a road trip on Wednesday with an emphatic 121-87 win over the same Dallas team that recently beat Orlando. With two more home games before hitting the road again, the T’Wolves will want to keep things rolling, especially with the Northwest standings so tight. While Orlando is good against the spread, Minnesota is a solid 12-8-2 ATS at home, so we’re favoring them to cover.

Charlotte Hornets vs Oklahoma City Thunder Best Bet:

Thunder -16.5 | -115 at BetMGM

This is a big spread to cover, but the Thunder should be up for it. Oklahoma City has the second-best ATS record in the NBA, including a 13-6 record ATS as a home favorite. With a high-powered offense, the Thunder has won 10 of its last 14 games and should have no problem overpowering the Hornets. Covering double digits in the NBA is never easy, but this matchup makes it a reasonable ask for Oklahoma City.

It’s worth knowing that Charlotte has the second-worst ATS record in the NBA. The Hornets have lost five in a row and have failed to beat the spread in any of those five games. During that stretch, they lost to the Pistons, lost by over 30 points to the Rockets, and also had double-digit losses to the Jazz and Knicks. As expected, trading Terry Rozier hasn’t helped, and with LaMelo Ball questionable after missing Wednesday’s game with an injury, the Hornets look vulnerable to another 20 or 30-point loss.
