The 2024 NFL Draft is in the books, free agents have been signed, and OTAs have kicked off heading into the summer. A lot of teams made have made major changes to their roster, and some of the league’s top stars are healthy once again. That means now is a great time to start looking at  Super Bowl LVIII wagers at NFL betting sites.

Below, we’ll share the three teams our USA Legal Betting experts believe improved the most during the offseason. We’ll share the Super Bowl odds for each, giving you everything you need to bet on a winner with confidence this summer.

3. Chicago Bears

Odds to win Super Bowl: +3500 at BetMGM Sportsbook

While we are ready to bet on the Bears winning this season’s Lombardi Trophy, there is no question they have improved. One of the biggest changes will be top overall pick Caleb Williams taking over as starting quarterback. The Justin Fields era is over, and the team now has one of the most sought-after quarterback prospects in recent memory.

Unlike Fields, Williams will have a ton of weapons to help him during his rookie campaign. The team added Pro Bowl receiver Keenan Allen and drafter Rom Odunze with the ninth overall pick this season. The duo joins DJ Moore to give Chicago one of the best-receiving corps in the NFC. Combine that with the addition of D’Andre Swift at running back, and you can see why we are high on the Bears.

Chicago didn’t do much on defense, but they didn’t have to. The unit was great in 2023, and we expect 2023 second-round picks Tyrique Stevenson and Garvin Dexter Sr. to take a step forward. The team will also have Montez Sweat for a full season, giving them an elite pass rusher.

2. Atlanta Falcons

Odds to win Super Bowl: +3000 at BetRivers Sportsbook

The Falcons had one of the better defenses in football in 2023, and now they will have an offense to match. After a brutal run of bad quarterback play, the team made major upgrades at the position. It started with the addition of Pro Bowler Kirk Cousins. The Falcons then surprised the league by drafting Michael Penix Jr., who is expected to serve as Cousins's backup for at least this year.

While there is some concern about how the locker room will look after signing Cousins and immediately drafting his replacement, we think they are in for a big season. The team has one of the best groups of young playmakers, including receiver Drake London, running back Bijan Robinson, and tight end Kyle Pitts. All three have been limited by bad quarterbacks but now will have one of the best in the league.

This upgrade makes Atlanta the new betting favorite to win a weak AFC South, and we think they could be a dangerous team come playoff time.

1. Houston Texans

Odds to win Super Bowl: +1600 at bet365 Sportsbook

The Texans were one of the biggest surprises last season, and the franchise isn’t wasting that momentum heading into 2024. While they have a ton of great young talent, the team also made major upgrades in free agency, addressing their weaknesses from last season. Those changes make the Texans one of our favorite bets to win Super Bowl LVIII.

Four major additions stand out. Two of them were on offense when the team made a major upgrade at running back in Joe Mixon and an elite receiver in Stefon Diggs. Not only do they represent major improvements, but they also add crucial depth at both positions.

The other two additions were on defense as they added defensive tackle Denico Autry and defensive end Danielle Hunter, who had a combined 28 sacks last season. Those additions give Houston one of the best pass rushes in the league after finishing fourteenth in sacks last season (46). Combine those adds with Will Anderson Jr. and Henry To’oTo’o, and you can see why we love this new Texans defense.
