Week 7 saw a lot of stunning results that have us questioning just where these teams stand. The Niners have lost two in a row, the Bears are suddenly getting hot, and the Browns may be without their starting quarterback for an extended stretch of the season.
Our experts at USAlegalbetting.com have been studying each team over the first few weeks, and they are sharing their favorite eight bets heading into Week 7.
Below, we will share their picks, along with odds and insights, to help you win big at NFL betting sites this weekend.

The Bucs have significantly cooled off over the last two weeks, scoring just 19 points against the Falcons and Lions. The lack of a run game continues to haunt the offense, allowing defenses to put their efforts into stopping Baker Mayfield. However, there is reason to hope that improves this week. The team has activated Chase Edmonds to help boost their ground game against Bills defense which ranks twenty-third against the rush (128.3 YDS/G).

Don’t look now, but this Vikings team is charging up the standings. They have won three of their last four games, including a massive win against the Niners on Monday Night Football. Kirk Cousins has carried a Viknings offense that is missing Justin Jefferson and lacks a reliable run game. On defense, the team's biggest issue has been stopping big pass plays. That isn’t something you have to worry about with Jordan Love and the Packers, so we are all over the Vikings’ spread and moneyline this weekend.
The Patriots are coming off their biggest win of the season and will be up against a Miami team they contained earlier this season. That makes this large spread seem like a bad bet, but things will be very different this week. The Pats took advantage of a Buffalo team in flux last week, and they were among the worst teams in football before then. They don’t have enough offense to exploit a Miami defense allowing 26.7 points per game.
The Rams’ offense has sputtered a bit without running back Kyren Williams, but the return of Cooper Kupp has been huge. He joins Puka Nacua, who is third in the NFL with 752 receiving yards. Having both Nacua and Kupp on the field together is a massive advantage, especially against a Cowboys team without their top cornerback, Trevon Diggs. The Rams may not get the win, but we see them keeping things close in a high-scoring game on Sunday.
The Jets had one of the biggest upsets of Week 6 when they beat the Eagles 20-14. Their offense still isn’t great, but it has been improving each week. Their strength is on defense, which was on full display in their 20-14 win against the Eagles. The Giants’ offense is a mess, and they will be unable to do much of anything against their inter-city rivals. We see Zach Wilson and the offense doing just enough to build a small lead, which is all it will take to get a win on Sunday.
The Texans were off last week after beating the Saints in Week 6. We have seen the Houston offense struggle against great defenses over their last two games, but they will have a much easier challenge tonight. The Panthers are bad on both sides of the ball, and the defense has surrendered 42 points in two straight games. Houston has the fifth-ranked passing offense (258.5 YDS/G), and we think they pick apart a Carolina secondary that has been regressing.
After a brutal start to the season, the Bears have strung together three impressive showings in a row. Last week was their best as backup quarterback Tyson Bagent led them to a 30-12 win over the Raiders. The offense got a big boost from D’Onta Foreman, who finished last week with 89 yards and two touchdowns. The defense has also improved by leaps and bounds, making Chicago a far bigger challenge. We don’t think they will be able to expose the Chargers secondary enough to get a win, but 8.5 points is too many to give up.
The Raiders were able to steal a couple of wins against bad teams over the last month, but the Bears smoked them on Sunday. The loss of Jimmy Garoppolo hurts, as neither Aidan O’Connell nor Brian Hoyer has played well in his absence. Their struggles have combined with their league-worst run game (68.6 YDS/G) to make it nearly impossible for them to move the ball. The Lions’s defense is very good, and we think they completely shut down the Raiders on Monday Night Football.
