FanDuel to add Stardust Online Casino to NJ gaming line-up

Pending final regulatory approval by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE), FanDuel, in partnership with Boyd Gaming, will be rebranding its current Garden State Online Casino, Betfair, to the iconic Stardust brand. Just like the current arrangement whereby Betfair is accessible through the FanDuel online sportsbook platform, Stardust and its online casino gaming options will conveniently only be a click away for FanDuel sports bettors in New Jersey.

“The new Stardust Casino will retain all of the great games that customers love on Betfair Casino, while incorporating a new stylish look that captures the glitz, glamour, and nostalgia of old Las Vegas,” announced FanDuel Group President Amy Howe.

Players located inside New Jersey or Pennsylvania state lines will have access to the Stardust Casino app on both iOS and Android mobile platforms as well as being able to use the browser versions on any internet-connected device like a PC or laptop.

FanDuel is currently licensed to operate online gaming in New Jersey through its land-based casino partner, Atlantic City’s Golden Nugget. In Pennsylvania, FanDuel conducts its online casino operations through its land-based casino partnership with the Valley Forge Casino Resort, which Boyd Gaming owns.

President of Boyd Gaming, Keith Smith says that it is important to be re-establishing the Stardust brand;

All games that are currently available under FanDuel’s Betfair brand will continue to be available under the new brand, and its widely assumed that a raft of new online casino content will also be released.
