The Michigan Supreme Court has decided to take a case that involves the BetMGM online casino. The lawsuit accuses the operator of voiding over $3 million in winnings due to a software glitch that led to a higher-than-normal win percentage.

The Michigan Gaming Control Board issued a cease-and-desist letter to Harp Media B.V., which operates the Bovada online casino. They will now have to shut down their Michigan platform within 14 days or risk further legal action being taken.
