Highlights

  • Aaron Jones will re-join Jordan Love and the Packers this weekend
  • Jordan Mason is averaging 5.6 yards per carry
  • Jonnu Smith has outperformed teammate Kyle Pitts despite missing Week 1

While Week 6 gave us a ton of excitement, it also contained a slew of injuries to fantasy football stars. If you are one of the many people who lost your favorite daily fantasy sports player last week, fear not!

Below, we will share our favorite sleeper pick for each offensive fantasy position (QB, WR, RB, TE). We will give you all the information you need to get the players you need to boost your profits at DFS sites over the next few weeks.

QB Jordan Love – Green Bay Packers

I still don't know if Jordan Love is a true NFL starting quarterback, but he has had some fantastic fantasy performances. He was terrible his last time out but will be coming off a bye and should have Pro Bowl running back Aaron Jones returning. Jones has not played much since injuring himself in Week 1, but all signs point to him rejoining the offense this weekend.

Love has shown he can run an offense and drive down the field, but the lack of a Jones has hampered this offense. The veteran is a reliable pass catcher, which has been missed as Love works with a receiving corps filled with first- and second-year players. We think this offense comes out of the bye against Denver, so grab Love while his price is low.

WR Curtis Samuel – Washington Commanders

Don't look now, but Curtis Samuel is off to a great start in 2023. The 27-year-old wasn't a huge part of the offense last season but has been putting up solid fantasy numbers over the previous three weeks. Samuel scored a touchdown in his last game and has just four fewer receptions than Terry McLaurin on the season.

The Commanders' offense has the potential to be very good, especially as Sam Howell settles in at quarterback this season. While they struggled a bit against a very good Atlanta defense, Washington will have an easier matchup with the Giants this week. Samuel's ceiling is limited, but he is delivering solid fantasy results for a low price.

RB Jordan Mason – San Francisco 49ers

An injury to Christian McCaffrey made both Niners fans and fantasy players panic on Sunday. The veteran back has been incredible in 2023, but an injury could end up sidelining him. If CMC does miss time, Jordan Mason could be in store for a monster game against Minnesota on Monday Night Football.

Jordan Mason is in his second season in the league after making the Niners as an undrafted free agent. He wasn't on the field much in 2022 but has looked great over the last two weeks. Mason has 69 yards on ten carries against Dallas and 27 yards on five carries against the Browns. He scored in both games and is averaging 5.6 yards per carry on the season.

TE Jonnu Smith – Atlanta Falcons

While Kyle Pitts is one of the most exciting young tight ends in football, teammate Jonnu Smith has been the better of the two in 2023. Smith has played in one less game than Pitts but has 31 more yards and the same number of touchdowns. The veteran doesn't have the flash and athleticism of Pitts, but he has been a reliable target for Desmond Ridder and the Falcons.

Smith may not lead your DFS team to victory, but he can offer a ton of value. That will allow you to spend more on other positions, giving you an edge over players who may elect to pay more for Pitts. Atlanta will be up against a tough Bucs defense this weekend, but we think that leads him to see more action as a safety valve for his young quarterback.
